Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: 

  • All shipping costs are based on your location and the delivery method that you choose when checking out.
  • Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2 business days.
  • A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with after the product has shipped.
  • Average North American shipping time is 5-8 business days after item leaves the warehouse.
  • Average International shipping time is 10-15 business days after item leaves the warehouse.
  • Playfield Co. will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: info@playfieldshop.com
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Playfield is not responsible for duties that customers are charged as they are out of our control.

Return Policy: 

  • We will happily refund items within 14 days of receiving the order, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or damage.
  • Ensure that you clearly mark the package as "returned goods" on any customs or postal forms. 
  • Please use the contact form and begin your message with "RETURN" at the top and then detailing your return below. We will respond with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  • All returns must be shipped with trackable service such as Canada Post and USPS.
  • We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods after we have received and reviewed your returned order.
  • Customers returning goods are responsible for all shipping costs that incur.

Exchange Policy: 

  • Wrong size? Want a different colour? We'll make sure you get the right bracelet in your hands as soon as possible.
  • Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please use the contact form and begin your message with "EXCHANGE" at the top and then detailing your return below. We will respond with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  • All exchanges must be shipped with trackable service such as Canada Post and USPS.
  • We will ship out your new product with tracking information after we have received and reviewed your returned package.
  • If you're exchanging your product for another one of a higher value, you will be sent an invoice to pay the amount difference before shipping it back out to you.
  • If your requested size is not in stock we will ship it at the earliest moment.
